Universal Declaration of Human Rights
(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
“(1) Materials have the duty to being available to support life that enables good custodianship.
(2) …everyone and every material shall be subject to … Public order, life support and general welfare …
(1) Every natural resource has duties to it’s natural biotope in which alone the free and full development of his usefulness is possible.
(2) In the application of it’s rights and freedoms, every material shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of other materials and of meeting the just requirements of durability, environmental sustainability and the general protection of life on earth.

Explanation of my comment above:
(1) Don’t take natural materials out of nature unless absolutely necessary. In their natural state they play a role in making life on earth possible.
(2) Materials can be altered to not wither away, to protect other materials from their influence or can even be destroyed if that prevents even more materials from suffering this same fate (for example destroying a building to prevent a life threatening fire from spreading even further).
